Does my new fitting include bulbs?
As a standard (unless stated) all light fittings do not include any bulbs.
What does IP65 and IP44 mean?
Outdoor fittings must be above IP65 rated and bathroom should be above IP44.
What if the product is out of stock, can I still order?
Yes you can still place a backorder with us. We’ll let you know asap the next delivery date for your item(s).
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes all our prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
Is there a discount on large quantity orders?
Yes we will always look to apply some discount on large multiple orders. Please contact sales@dayclearonline.co.uk and we’ll be happy to discuss this with you.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes we have a showroom based in Nottingham, the address is 96 Station Road, Nottingham NG16 4BP.
Delivery & Returns:
How long does it take for my items to be delivered:
Our standard delivery turnaround is 3-5 working days. However we do offer next day delivery services if needed.
I’ve ordered the wrong item, can I swap this?
Yes we will be happy to swap this for you. All items returned to us must be unused, still in its originally packaging and in a saleable condition. Please note we can not accept returned items that are not in their original packaging. Return postage is also covered by the customer.
My item has turned up damaged or is faulty, what do I do?
If in the unlikely event that your item has turned up damaged or is faulty we will look to exchange these for you asap. Please let us know straight away either by phone or email at sales@dayclearonline.co.uk.
